*Remember that the dates are only a guideline. I would like to see all scrapbook pages completed and posted by Christmas. Please contact me through this wikispace to confirm your participation and I will create a home page for your class to post your work on.
Students will be creating scrapbook pages to celebrate their community. The project begins the week of October 12th and will run for a month.
Along with the pages there will be weekly activities and themes that classes may work with. Each class will have their own wiki page to post their scrapbook pages or pictures. When you're thinking about your scrapbook pages whether on paper or digital think about using:
photos
postcards, travel brochures
student art
found items in the environment: leaves, shells, rocks etc
magazine/newspaper images or articles or words
computer images
recycled items from home or school: cotton, string, fabric, yarn
